By accessing and using Church Compliance Manager ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Church Compliance Manager is a web-based platform designed to help churches and religious organizations manage their property compliance requirements, including but not limited to health and safety inspections, maintenance schedules, and regulatory obligations.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • One person may not maintain multiple accounts

3.2 Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • You may not transfer your account to another party

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malicious code or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the service for any commercial purpose outside of your organization
  • Upload false or misleading compliance information

5. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all compliance data entered into the system. We are not liable for decisions made based on inaccurate information you provide.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected downtime may occur. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance.

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Subscription Fees

  • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice

7.2 Termination for Non-Payment

We may suspend or terminate your account if payment is not received within 30 days of the due date.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Church Compliance Manager and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

9.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL CHURCH COMPLIANCE MANAGER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Church Compliance Manager from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

13. Governing Law
